You're almost there!!


At the end of the quarter, that is!! Some of you may be pulling out your hair, or perhaps on the verge of another meltdown. But before you go there, take 5 minutes, maybe even 10 minutes to do our usual mindful breathing meditation or perhaps a walking meditation that we learned in class. Please give it a try!!
